feat(server): provide the ability to search archived photos (#6332)

* Feat: provide the ability to search archived photos

Adds a query parameter (`searchArchived`) to the search URL parameters
to allow the results to contain archived photos.

* chore: rename includeArchived => withArchived

* chore: open api
