This fixes the Terraform Gluster Compute image_id bug and updates the openstack_blockstorage_volume_v2 to
openstack_blockstorage_volume_v3.

Resolves:
[Bug] OpenStack Compute variable handling of image_id and image_name for Gluster nodes is broken
